It has been so warm in Boston the last few days – it feels like spring! I played along this weekend, and wore my tall, white toothpick jeans from J.Crew; this chambray button-up; and my Sperry, canvas sneakers. I grabbed my Madewell Mini Transporter Tote, and we went for a nice walk around Beacon Hill. I hope this weather hangs around!
One of my favorite things to wear in warm weather is white pants. They are not only classic, but also versatile. I love pairing them with fun, bright colors, however, in the winter, I often switch to my J.Crew ecru jeans. They are naturally an off-white color, which makes them perfect for more traditional, winter styling. I usually wear them with L.L. Bean boots, a heavy sweater, and a long tank top. When tops don’t come in a tall size, I often need a complementary tank top to make my outfit complete. The three looks above are my favorite this year.

Hope you had a lovely, holiday weekend! It was absolutely freezing in the Northeast! We are talking negative degrees Fahrenheit, with winds up to 40 mph! We had plans to go vineyard touring in Long Island, NY, and we didn’t let the weather stop us. We visited two lovely places – Paumanok Vineyard in Aquebogue and Castello di Borghese in Cutchogue. We had such a great time, we will be sure to come back when it’s much warmer!
